2. Definitions
“We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to CarPills “Product” refers to CarPills fuel additive tablets “You”, “Your” refers to the customer or website user
3. Product Information
3.1. CarPills are solid fuel additive tablets designed for use in gasoline/petrol and diesel engines.
3.2. Each tube contains 12 tablets and includes child-safety features.
3.3. While independent testing has shown fuel efficiency improvements of up to 3%, and some customers report improvements of up to 7%, individual results may vary.
3.4. Products have a shelf life of over one year when stored properly.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Current base pricing structure (shown in GBP, other currencies will be converted at current exchange rates):

– 10-pack (120 pills): £80.00
– 100-pack (1,200 pills): £700.00

4.2. Prices may vary by region due to local taxes, import duties, and shipping costs.
4.3. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local authorities.
4.4. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5. International Ordering and Delivery
5.1. Orders are processed and shipped from our facilities in Europe.
5.2. We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.
5.3. International delivery times and costs vary by location and chosen shipping method.
5.4. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.
5.5. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or local import procedures.
5.6. Some countries may have restrictions on fuel additives. It is your responsibility to verify that CarPills can be legally imported into your country.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Return periods vary by region: – European Union: 14 days cooling-off period – United Kingdom: 14 days cooling-off period – United States: 14 days cooling-off period – Other regions: 14 days cooling-off period unless local law requires a longer period
6.2. To be eligible for a return: – Products must be unopened and in their original packaging – Products must not be damaged or tampered with – You must inform us of your decision to cancel within the applicable period
6.3. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
6.4. Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
7. Product Use and Safety
7.1. CarPills should only be used as directed in the product instructions.
7.2. One tablet per fuel tank refill unless otherwise specified.
7.3. Keep out of reach of children.
7.4. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use.
7.5. Product instructions are available in multiple languages on our website.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1. We warrant that the product will be as described and of satisfactory quality.
8.2. While we provide guidance on fuel efficiency improvements based on testing and customer feedback, we do not guarantee specific results.
8.3. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8.4. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
